Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 17, 2026

1. Introduction

We at Monnio LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") understand that our users care about how their Personal Data is handled. This Privacy Policy describes our data processing activities and practices when visitors and users access or use the Monnio mobile application ("the App"), our related websites, services, functionalities, application programming interfaces (APIs), subscription plans, and content.

Monnio is a cryptocurrency and blockchain data analytics and information platform. We do not offer trading, exchange, custodial, or wallet services. We do not hold, manage, or have control over any user's digital assets, and we do not process payments directly — all subscription payments are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Please take a moment to read this Privacy Policy carefully. You may contact us in the manner stated in this Privacy Policy if you have any questions.

This Privacy Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to us in respect of your Personal Data, and any consents you may have provided in connection with this Privacy Policy are cumulative and additional to any rights which we may have under applicable law to handle or process your Personal Data.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Where required by applicable law, we may also notify you via email or in-app notification.

2. Acceptance of This Privacy Policy

By interacting with us, submitting information to us, or signing up for any of our products or services, you agree and consent to our processing of your Personal Data, including by our authorized service providers, in the manner and for any of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with or are not comfortable with any aspect of this Privacy Policy, you should immediately discontinue access or use of our App and services.

3. Definitions

"Personal Data" means: (a) any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; or (b) "personal data," "personal information," "personally identifiable information," or similar term as defined under applicable data protection laws.

4. Collection of Personal Data

The amount and types of Personal Data that we collect and process depends on the nature of your interaction with us. Generally, we may collect and process the following:

4.1 Information You Provide

  • Account and Profile Information: When you register for an account, we may collect your name and email address.
  • Blockchain Wallet Addresses: You may submit blockchain wallet addresses by copying and pasting them into the App. We collect these addresses solely for the purpose of retrieving and displaying publicly available on-chain data and providing analytics insights. We do not use wallet addresses to access, control, or transact with any digital assets.
  • Contact Information: Such as your name, email address, and any other contact details you provide when communicating with us.

4.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Technical and Usage Data: Such as IP address (which may provide approximate location information), device information (model, operating system, unique device identifiers), clickstream information, timestamps, pages visited, time spent on features, and other usage statistics.
  • Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the App, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and network information.
  • Analytics Data: We may use analytics providers to collect aggregated data about how users interact with the App, including feature usage, session duration, and navigation patterns.

4.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

  • Blockchain Data: We may collect and process publicly available blockchain data, including records or histories of on-chain transactions for blockchain wallet addresses, from third-party data providers and public blockchain networks.
  • Third-Party Authentication: If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Apple, Google), we may receive basic profile information from that provider in accordance with your privacy settings on that service.

4.4 Mobile Application Install Attribution

We may use service providers to measure how users discover and install the App. These service providers collect limited device information and IP addresses solely for install attribution purposes. We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) or track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes. Our service providers are contractually prohibited from using this data for their own purposes.

5. Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data

Where permitted under applicable law, we process your Personal Data for the following purposes (which may apply even if you do not maintain an account or have terminated your account with us):

  • To Provide and Improve Our Services: Operating the App, personalizing your experience, providing algorithmic trading signals, on-chain analytics, smart money wallet tracking, portfolio management features, and responding to your inquiries.
  • Product Development and Improvement: Using technical and usage data, as well as aggregated, de-identified, and/or anonymized data, to understand user behavior, improve our algorithms and models, and develop new features.
  • Subscription Payments: All subscription payments are processed and handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Monnio LLC does not directly collect, process, or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. We may receive limited transaction confirmation data (such as subscription status and purchase receipts) from the app stores or RevenueCat for the purpose of managing your subscription access.
  • To Communicate with You: Sending you service-related updates, account notifications, newsletters, and other communications related to the App. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, and cooperating with law enforcement when legally required.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: Protecting against unauthorized access, fraud, and other harmful activities, and enforcing our contractual and legal rights.
  • Analytics and Aggregate Insights: Generating aggregate, de-identified analytics to understand market trends and improve the overall quality of our services.

6. Disclosure of Personal Data

Subject to applicable law, your Personal Data may be provided, for the purposes listed above, to the following entities or parties:

  • Service Providers: Vendors, agents, and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as subscription management (e.g., RevenueCat), cloud hosting (e.g., Google Cloud), data analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it for the services they provide to us. Note that payment processing is handled directly by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, not by Monnio LLC.
  • Business Transfers: Any business partner, investor, assignee, or transferee (actual or prospective) to facilitate business asset transactions, which may extend to any merger, acquisition, or debt or asset sale.
  • Professional Advisers: Our auditors, lawyers, accountants, and other professional advisers.
  • Legal Requirements: Government regulators, statutory authorities, and/or law enforcement agencies, to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or valid governmental requests.
  • With Your Consent: Any other party to whom you authorize us to disclose your Personal Data.

Important: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Data Security

We have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, or that no malicious attacker or harmful code will enter or target our App or services.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. This includes retaining certain transactional data for audit, compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.

When Personal Data is no longer required, we implement reasonable and appropriate measures to securely delete, anonymize, or destroy the information in accordance with applicable laws and our internal data retention policies.

You may request deletion of your account and associated Personal Data at any time by contacting us at hello@monnio.app or through the account settings in the App. Please note that certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution).

The App itself does not use cookies. However, our website (if applicable) may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

You can review, update, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account settings within the App.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at hello@monnio.app. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

12. International Data Transfers

Your Personal Data may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to countries or jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it, including through the use of appropriate contractual safeguards with our service providers.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to blockchain explorers and external data providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third-party websites or services.

When you click on a link to a third-party website, you will be taken to an external site that may collect cookies or request your consent. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit to understand their data collection practices.

Monnio LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party websites or services, even if they carry our logo or trademark.

15. Data Security Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your Personal Data and poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authority as required by applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly, describe the nature of the breach, and outline the steps we are taking to address it.
